摘　　要：目的:观察蛇床子素内酯环完整性对其抑临床常见浅部真菌活性的影响。方法:配制pH=4和pH=9的蛇床子素溶液,以K-B法比较其对须毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌和石膏样小孢子菌的抑菌活性。结果:在pH=4和pH=9时对三种真菌的抑菌圈直径对比分别为32mm∶22mm(P<0.01)、35mm∶37mm(P>0.05)和31mm∶29mm(P>0.05)。结论:蛇床子素内酯环开环前对三种真菌均表现出较好抑菌活性,开环后对须毛癣菌抑菌活性消失,但对石膏样小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌则没有影响。Objective：To observe the effect on superficial mycosis of the integrality of ostholes lactonic ring.Methods：Prepared the osthole solutions of pH=4 and pH=9,compared antifungal activity to T.mentagrophytes,T.purpureatum,and Microsporum gypseum by Kirby-Bauer method.Results：The Diameter of inhibition zone of pH=4 compared to that of pH=9 in three funguses were 32 mm∶22 mm（P0.05）,35 mm∶37 mm（P0.05） and 31 mm∶29 mm（P0.05）.Conclusion：Osthole with integrated lactonic ring had antifungal activity to three funguses.When lactonic ring was broken antifungal activity to T.mentagrophytes disappeared,but no difference was observed to T.purpureatum,and Microsporum gypseum.
