摘  要:目的:研究复方甲硝唑药膜的制备及含量测定的方法。方法:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA124)及羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)等高分子有机材料制备复方甲硝唑药膜,并采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方甲硝唑药膜的含量,甲硝唑测定波长为319nm,醋酸氯己定的测定波长为230nm,参比波长为350nm。结果:甲硝唑在5~25μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,醋酸氯己定在2~10μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.8%和99.6%,相对误差均为0.2%。结论:复方甲硝唑药膜制备方法简单,重现性好,紫外含量测定结果准确可靠。Objective:To study the preparation and quality control of Compound Metronidazole Membrane.Methods:Preparation compound metronidazole membrane used by organic polymer materials such as polyvinyl alcohol(PVA124) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na).Using dual-wavelength UV Spectrophotometric determination of compound metronidazole film content.Determination of metronidazole wavelength was 319 nm.Determination of chlorhexidine acetate wavelength was 230 nm,the reference wavelength was 350 nm.Results:The standard curve of metronidazole was linear within a concentration range of 5-25 μg/ml,the standard curve of chlorhexidine acetate was linear within a concentration range of 2-10 μg/ml,the average recovery was 99.8% and 99.6%,relative error was all 0.2%.Conclusion:The preparation of the compound metronidazole film is simple,reproducible,and its method of UV measurements is accurate and reliable.
