摘　　要：目的:观察子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)后子宫内膜的改变,以了解UAE治疗后短期(6个月)内子宫内膜厚度、形态,内膜及内膜下血流分型和频率及子宫动脉、子宫内膜下动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数。方法:随机抽取60例自愿要求行子宫肌瘤栓塞术的子宫肌瘤患者。患者均于栓塞前7d及栓塞术后1、3、6个月经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,监测子宫内膜厚度、形态,内膜及内膜下血流分型、内膜波状运动的类型和频率及子宫动脉、子宫内膜下动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数等指标。结果:子宫内膜及内膜下血流分布治疗前均以Ⅲ型为主,治疗后均以Ⅰ、Ⅱ型为主;子宫动脉、子宫内膜下动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数治疗后下降。治疗后内膜厚度变薄、内膜下血流计数治疗后较治疗前减少。结论:子宫肌瘤患者行UAE术后短期(6个月)内,子宫内膜容受性下降。Objective：To observe the changes of the endometrium after uterine arterial embolization（UAE）,in order to continuously monitor endometrial thickness,morphology,endometrial and endometrial blood flow classifications and frequencies and pulsatility index（PI）,resistance index（RI） of uterine and endometrial artery for 6 months after UAE.Methods：60 patients with hysteromyoma which had UAE voluntarily were randomly draw.Monitoring endometrial thick-ness,morphology,endometrial and subintimal blood flow classifications,endometrial wave movement types and frequencies,PI,RI of uterine and endometrial artery of all patients using transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound 7 days before and 1,3,and 6 months after UAE.Results：The endometrial and endometrial blood flow types were mainly type Ⅲ before UAE,and type Ⅰand type Ⅱ after UAE.PI and RI of uterine artery and endometrial artery decreased after UAE.The differences be fore and after UAE were significant.The endometrium thicknesses of all groups were thinner and the numbers of endometrial blood flow reduced after UAE.Conclusion：Endometrial receptivity decreases 6 months after UAE.
