综合护理干预对先天性心脏病介入手术患者术前焦虑状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对先天性心脏病介入手术患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的60例拟实施介入手术的患者按照纳入顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规术前健康教育,实验组在常规术前健康教育的基础上,运用护理程序给予针对性的综合护理干预。干预前后以焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对两组患者进行测试,并记录血压、心率的变化。结果:两组患者干预前心理、生理指标比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组干预后焦虑水平和收缩压与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05),而舒张压和心率与对照组比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:综合护理干预较常规术前健康教育计划性、针对性、系统性强,使患者能够采取有效的应对方式,这对降低或解除患者术前焦虑有积极的意义,有利于手术顺利进行和术后康复。Objective：To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pre-operation anxiety of intervention treatment patients with congenital heart disease.Methods：60 patients with congenital heart disease who were received intervention treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 patients in each group.The patients in control group received general health education before operation,the patients in experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on the general health education.To test the anxiety before and after intervention by SAS,and to record the change of blood pressure and heart rate.Results：There was no statistics senses of mental and physiological index brfore operation between two groups（P〈0.05）.the anxiety and constriction pressure in experimental group after operation has remarkable difference than control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,while the diastolic pressure and heart rate were no statistic senses between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce patients’ anxiety before opeation and it is propitious to advance operation successful and healing postoperation.
