摘 要:目的:探讨初发2型糖尿病患者的心理、行为反应对健康教育效果的影响,为获得良好的教育效果提供线索。方法:对78例初发糖尿病患者提供统一的糖尿病健康教育,7d后评价健康教育效果,并采用症状自评量表对患者进行测评。结果:健康教育良好者35例占44.87%,健康教育差者43例占55.13%。健康教育效果差的患者除阴性项目外,其余项目评分均高于健康教育效果良者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。健康教育良者对心理因素的认识与症状自评量表结果的态度均高于健康教育差者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:不良的心理反应能明显降低糖尿病健康教育效果,提高患者对心理健康的知晓度,强化心理干预,改善患者的心理环境,为治疗护理提供良好的心理支持。Objective:To determine the effects of psychology and behavior reaction on health education of type 2 diabetes patients and provide clues for getting better diabetic education. Methods: Symptom Check List 90, (SCL-90) were administered to 78 patients with type 2 diabetes,after giving same diabetes health education and the patients were assessed in seven days. Results:35 patients having good health education,accounted for 44.87%, and 43 patients having bad health education,account for 55.13%. The former(SCL-90) (expect negative items) was better than the later(P〈0.05) in scores of each item.The recyince of psychological factors and SCL-90 of the patient with good health education was higher than the patient with bad health education(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion: Bad psychological reactin significantly reduce the effects of disbetes health education, so it is very important to increase patient's awareness of psychology health, give psychology intevention and improve patient's psychology environment, provide good psychology support for treatment and nursing.
