应用密闭式静脉留置针引流乳癌术后皮下积液的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨密闭式静脉留置针在乳腺癌术后皮下积液穿刺置管持续引流中的应用效果。方法:将52例乳腺癌手术后拔除引流管发生皮下积液的患者随机分成实验组和对照组各26例,实验组采用密闭式静脉留置针穿刺置管持续引流的治疗方法,对照组采用透明硅胶管置管持续引流。结果:实验组和对照组均引流通畅,但实验组患者对重新置管的焦虑感明显减轻,置管后不适感及并发症低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),皮肤愈合时间也少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:密闭式静脉留置针应用于乳腺癌术后并发皮下积液穿刺持续引流的效果好,患者痛苦小、易于接受,拔管后穿刺点愈合快,具有一定的使用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore closed central-vein indwelling needle tube continuous used in subcutaneous drospy after breast cancer surgery. Methods：52 cases will be breast cancer occurs after pulling the tube of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,Experimental group adopted closed central-vein indwelling catheter drainage needle biopsy of continuous treatment,control group used transparent silicone catheter drainage tube continued. Results：The patients in the experimental group and control group were adequate drainage. But the patients in the experimental group on the tube ligtening obviously,anxious,and complications of discomfort after catheter was lower than in control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Closed with central-vein indwelling the needle on breast surgery with subcutaneous effusion continued the drainage tube,little pain,easy to accept,the puncture points healing quickly,with some use value.
