摘　　要：如何使教师考核公平公正是一项非常重要的工作。首先讨论了在教师定量考核过程中出现的各种问题,给出改进的模糊综合评价方案,最后通过河北师范大学某学院2009年的抽样考核数据说明方法的可行性和合理性。It is a significant assignment to carry out an equal and just examination of the working loads of university teachers. Various questions are discussed, and improvement plan is designed. Validity is confirmed of the exam methods through a case study in a school of Hebei Normal University in 2009.
