奥曲肽联合胆道支架治疗恶性低位阻塞性黄疸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥曲肽联合内镜下胆道支架内引流术对于恶性低位阻塞性黄疸的疗效。方法 28例患者分为两组,一组接受内镜下胆道支架内引流术,另一组接受奥曲肽联合内镜下胆道支架内引流术。结果奥曲肽联合内镜下胆道支架内引流术组患者的生存期显著高于ERBD组患者,二者之间有统计学差异(P≤0.01)。结论奥曲肽联合内镜下胆道支架内引流术能显著提高恶性低位阻塞性黄疸患者的生存期。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of octreotide and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage on patients with lower malignant biliary obstruction. Methods 28 patients were divided into two groups. One group was treated with endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage. Another group was treated with octreotide and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage. Results The lifetime of patients with octreotide and endoscopic retrograde biliary drain age were significantly longer than that with endoscopic retrograde hiliary drainage. Conclusions Octreotide and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage can prolong the lifetime of patients with lower malignant biliary obstruction.
