摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒症患者生活质量及其影响因素,分析相关护理对策。方法对本院60例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对患者所获得的护理支持和生活质量进行问卷调查。结果实验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),患者在躯体功能、心理、社会参与度等生活质量方面与其得到的护理支持呈正相关。结论通过护理人员的努力,可帮助患者得到更多支持,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life of uremic patients and the influence factors, and analyze nursing countermeasures. Methods 60 cases with uremia were randomly divided into control groups and experimental groups. Patients received a questionnaire of the nursing support and quality of life. Results Life quality of the Experimental group was significantly higher than control groups （P〈0.01 ）. Patients in physical function, mental, social participation were positively correlated with nursing support. Conclusion With the sufficient nursing sup port, the quality life of the uremia patients can be enhanced.
