摘　　要：经营者安全保障义务是权利主体和义务主体之间的利益平衡器,应根据经营场所的损害事实、经营者的过错及因果关系,来确定违反安全保障义务侵权责任的承担,从而平衡社会利益和当事人之间的利益关系。The security obligations of operator mean one of interest balancers between subjects of right and objects of obligation.The responsibility should be fixed based on the damage fact,operator＇s fault and consequence to balance the interests relationship between society and parties.
