快递服务企业与高校的校企共同体合作机制研究

摘　　要：由于校企双方在合作动机和合作利益的认知上存在差距,找不到共同的利益契合点,导致合作难以深入等现实问题。"校企共同体"是校企合作的崭新模式,能够实现多方共赢,提升人才培养质量。文章从分析"校企共同体"的特征入手,探讨了"校企共同体"对人才培养的作用,并从充分发挥"校企共同体"本身的优越性,提升整个快递产业的竞争力的角度提出了包括分工与协调机制、信息沟通机制、文化整合与人才交流机制、风险与利益分配机制的"校企共同体"合作机制。Because of the different view of express service enterprise and university in cooperation motive and cooperation benefit,they cannot find the common benefit conjunction spot,then causes the cooperation penetrate with difficulty. ＂University-Industry community＂ is a new pattern which can lead the cooperation successful.This articlestarts with the analysis of the characteristics of ＂University-Industry community＂,research its important function in education,then construct the cooperation mechanism which based on full display superiority in ＂University-Industry community＂：the division of labor and the coordinated mechanism,the information communication mechanism,the cultural conformity and the talents exchange mechanism,the risk and the benefit assignment mechanism.
