摘  要:利用三坐标测量机检测一具有复杂曲面外形的电磨塑料底壳零件的形状和位置误差,对于其实际零件与三维模型之间的误差,则采用三坐标测量机本身功能再结合三维造型软件进行。具体测量时,用三坐标测量机对零件的外形特征进行准确测量,输出测量数据,对测量数据进行处理,最后通过三维模型对误差进行分析。实验结果证明:采用三坐标测量机对具有复杂曲面外形的零件进行测量和误差分析,不仅缩短测量时间,而且劳动强度低,操作方便,并大大提高测量精度,具有较好的实用性。CMM(Coordinate measuring machine)was used to measure the shape and position errors of the plastic crust of electric grinder with complex surface.The errors between the actual components and the 3D model were measured based on the functions of CMM and the 3D modeling software.Shape characteristics of the piece were measured accurately and measurement data was exported to process and analyze based on 3D model.The experimental results show that the measure time is shortened,labor intensity is low,operation is easy,measure accuracy is improved using CMM to measure the complex surface.It has good practicality.
