摘　　要：针对大洋航线的特点,基于隶属函数构造的一般原则,提出航线安全评价中多属性指标隶属函数的构造方法,充分考虑海流的特点及专家经验,在满足安全要求的前提下兼顾船舶运营经济性。In light of the ocean route characteristics and the general principle to construct the membership function, a new method was put forward to establish the membership function of multiple-attribute objective in the routine evaluation. In this method, the characteristics of the sea current and expert＇s experience were taken full consideration to satisfy the requirements of safety as well as the economics.
