摘　　要：分析了政府采购过程中供应商使用虚假材料、借用资质和串通投标问题,剖析了采购人与供应商恶意串通的各种表现和内在利益关系,提出了治理政府采购中此类违法行为的主要措施,强调了政府采购项目验收工作的重要性,总结了验收工作的要点。In the practice of government procurement,such problems as suppliers providing fraudulent materials and borrowing qualifications,and collusion among suppliers and the staff of government procurement were analyzed.Various behaviors of vicious collusions were discussed.The corresponding measures and solutions have been put forward to solve these illegal problems in government procurement.In addition,the importantce of acceptance was stressed,and the key points for acceptance were summarized.
