摘　　要：介绍了系统建设目标、功能需求和系统构成;研究了道路交通状况评价、交通事故分析及最短路径分析;以重庆市城市交通现状为背景,将道路信息、事故信息进行建模分析,结合MapInfo平台的集成二次开发技术,建立以道路交通信息分析、交通事故分析、空间分析为主要功能的城市交通信息发布系统。Goals of systematic construction,functional requirements and constituent parts of the system were introduced;road traffic,traffic accidents and the shortest route were analyzed.Based on urban traffic in Chongqing,road information and traffic information were studied by establishing models.With the 2nd development technology of MapInfo,an urban traffic information release system with its main functions of analyzing road traffic information,traffic accident and space was established.
