摘  要:对智能电网架构下先进测量体系的功能定位、传感器及各种智能仪表的功能特点等进行归纳和分析,指出,将"先进测量体系"称之为"先进计量架构",把"智能电表"叫做"智能电能表",或泛称多种智能仪表为"智能电表"等均不够确切。进而提出,应继承测量学长期形成的根据仪表功能命名仪表的学术传统,对智能电网架构下的先进测量体系及其主要组成部分即各种智能仪表的称谓等加以规范和统一。Under the framework of the Smart Grid,several characteristics of the Advanced Metering infrastructure(AMI),including the function orientation of the system,the utilization of related sensors and many other kinds of intelligent instrument were summarized and analyzed in this paper.It can be inferred that it is better use the term of "Advanced Measuring Infrastructure" to describe AMI instead of "Advanced Metrology Infrastructure".Also,it is better use the term of "smart electricity meter" to instead of "smart energy meter",and is inaccurate to call all kinds of intelligent instruments the "smart meters".The names of the AMI and its components,namely various kinds of intelligent instruments,should be standardized under the framework of the Smart Grid according to the traditional naming customs of the academic circles,where the meter is named according to its functions.
