摘 要:目的探讨飞行员臂踝脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)的情况及其相关影响因素。方法 123例飞行员分为〈30岁、30~39岁及≥40岁3组,测定BaPWV同时确定飞行员身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、飞行时间、是否吸烟等。对比各年龄段吸烟组与非吸烟组BaPWV,分别计算BaPWV与年龄、飞行时间、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、脉压的直线相关系数。结果 〈30岁和30~39岁飞行员吸烟组BaPWV与非吸烟组比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);≥40岁飞行员吸烟组BaPWV较非吸烟组升高(P〈0.05);BaPWV与年龄、飞行时间、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、BMI呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 40岁以上飞行员吸烟组与非吸烟组BaPWV存在显著差异,脉压、收缩压、飞行时间、年龄、舒张压、BMI与BaPWV显著相关。Objective To explore the situation and related factors of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(BaPWV) in pilots.Methods A total of 123 pilots were enrolled and divided into three groups according to age: 30 group,30-39 group and ≥40 group.BaPWV of each pilot was measured and their height,weight,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse pressure,flying time,smoking habits were also recorded.BaPWV of pilots who ever smoked was compared with those never smoked in each group.BaPWV were accounted with age,flying time,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure by using linear correlation coefficient.Results There was no significant difference on BaPWV between pilots who ever smoked and never smoked in 30 group and 30-39 group.BaPWV in ≥40 group was significantly higher in pilots who ever smoked than those who never smoked(P〈0.05).BaPWV was positive related to age,flying time,SBP,DBP,pulse pressure,BMI(P〈0.05).Conclusion There was significant difference on BaPWV in pilots ≥40 years old who ever smoked and never smoked.Pulse pressure,SBP,flying time,age,DBP and BMI were significantly related to BaPWV.
