摘　　要：本文从业务范围、服务状况、机构概况、管理体制、人员配置与理论研究六个方面探讨了我国面向企业的咨询服务业的现状，并提出了发展我国咨询业的若干建议。The paper discusses the present situation of the enterprise - oriented consulting service industry in China on six aspects. They are scope of business, state of service, servey of industrial structure, organization of management, disposal of qualified personnel and theoretical study- And then puts forward some suggestions about how to developing the consulting industry of China.
