摘  要:干物质积累及转运是影响玉米产量的重要因素,明确不同部位营养器官干物质对籽粒产量的贡献,对品种改良具有重要意义。本研究以平展型玉米农大364和紧凑型玉米郑单958为材料,探讨玉米不同部位叶片、叶鞘和茎秆的干物质积累、转运及其对籽粒的贡献。结果表明:玉米茎秆干物质的转运对籽粒的贡献最大,随着节位的升高贡献率降低;农大364叶鞘的干物质转运率高于叶片,郑单958则相反。通过提高农大364穗位叶以上叶片、第9~第11叶鞘和第15节以上节间的干物质转运率,以及郑单958穗位叶以下叶片、第12叶以上叶鞘和第16节以下节间的干物质转运率,可能在一定程度上会提高产量。Understanding the contributions of dry matter accumulation and translocation to yield had an important significance for maize variety improvement.With the loose-leaf maize hybrid Nongda364 and upright-leaf Zhengdan958 as experimental materials,dry matter accumulation,distribution and translocation in different tissues and their contributions to grain yield were studied.The results revealed that the dry matter translocation of stem had the greatest contribution to grain yield,and the contribution rate decreased with the change of leaf position from bottom to top.The contribution rate of leaf sheaths was higher than that of the leaves of Nongda364,but it was the opposite in Zhengdan958.It will increase the yield of Nongda364 by improving dry matter translocation rate of the leaves above the ear leaf,leaf sheaths from the 9th to 11th leaf position and stem nodes above the 15th internode.The yield of Zhengdan958 will be enhanced as well by increasing dry matter translocation rate of the leaves below the ear leaf,leaf sheaths above the 12th leaf and stem nodes below the 16th internode.
