阶层分析程序法在科技项目评估中的应用研究

摘　　要：科技项目评估面临的是一个由相互关联、相互制约的众多因素构成的复杂而往往缺少定量数据的系统,如何确定每个评估指标的权重,是项目评估的关键问题.分析多种评估算法,结合科技项目评审指标特点,研究了阶层分析程序法在科技项目评估中应用.以平顶山市科技攻关计划项目为例,利用阶层分析程序法,科学地实现指标权重的确定.The science and technology project evaluation is a system which is constituted by the correlative and mutual restraint factor.It is complex and short of the quantitative date.How to get the weights of the evaluating indicators is the key for the project evaluation.The paper analyzed many evaluation algorithms,and studied the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） in the science and technology project evaluation combined the feature of science project evaluation indicators.The paper took the Pingdingshan scientific and technological project for an example,and achieved the indicators weight more scientifically by AHP.
