辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合性高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合性高脂血症的疗效价值。方法选择2008年1月-2010年1月在我院心内科门诊治的混合性高脂血症患者186例。并随机分为辛伐他汀组、非诺贝特组、辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特组（联合用药组）三组，每组各62例。辛伐他汀组采用辛伐他汀20mg，每天一次；非诺贝特组采用非诺贝特200mg，一天一次；联合用药组采用辛伐他汀20mg＋非诺贝特200mg，一天一次，疗程均为3个月。治疗过程中密切观察三组血脂参数变化、疗效评价以及药物主要不良反应。结果三组经过3个月的治疗后血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、甘油三酯（TG）均比治疗有下降，高密度脂蛋白一胆固醇（HDL-C）比治疗前上升，联合用药组TC、LDL—C、TG三项水平下降的幅度及HKL-C升高的幅度均高于单独用药的两组。结论辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合性高脂血症较单独用药更有效．更全面地改善各项血脂水平，注意掌握服药方法及适应症，定期监测，具有良好的安全性和耐受性．值得临床大力推广。Objective To discuss the treatment value of the Simvastatin combined with Fenofibrate in the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods Selected 186 cases with mixed hyperlipidemia in our hospital out-patient treatment of Cardiology from January 2008 to January 2010. And were randomly divided into simvastatin group, fenofibrate group, simvastatin fenofibrate group （combined group）, 62 eases in each group. Simvastatin group received simvastatin 20rag, every day a time; fenofibrate group were treated with fenofibrate 200rag, once a day; combined treatment group were treated with simvastatin 20rag ＋ Femffibrate 200rag, once a day,all were treated for 3 months. Close observation during the treatment three lipid parameters, efficacy evaluation, and drug major side effects. Results Three groups had treated after 3 months, the serum total cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, triglycerides （TG） than treatment decreased high density lipoprotein - cholesterol （HDL- C） up than before treatment, the combination group TC, LDL-C, TG, and three levels of the decrease in the rate of increase of HKL-C were higher than the medication alone group. Conclusion Simvastatin and Fenofibratc treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia than single drug is more effective, more comprehensive improvement of the blood lipid levels, attention to master the methods and indications of medication, regular monitoring, has a good safety and tolerance by nature, is worthy of promoting.
