摘 要:目的探讨患者满意度的主要影响因素,为制定人性化护理措施提供依据。方法查阅我院2008年1—6月和7-12月患者及家属满意度调查问卷各100份,设前者为对照组,后者为观察组,以比较病人满意度变化。结果人性化护理措施实施后,各项指标满意度均较实施前提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在发热门诊施实人性化护理,可避免高热惊厥等不良反应发生,对改善护患关系,提高患者满意度具有重要意义。Objective To investigate patients'satisfaction degree and the main affecting factors, and provide evidences for working out measures of humanistic nursing care. Methods consult 100 questionnaires of the satisfaction degree of patients and their families of January-June of 2008 and 100 questionnaires of July-December of 2008. The former is set as the control group, and the latter is set as the observation group to compare the changes in patient satisfaction degree. Results All the indicators of the satisfaction degree increased after the implementation of the humane nursing care, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic Nursing Care in fever clinics can avoid untoward effect such as febrile convulsions, improve the relations between nurses and patients, and enhance patients' satisfaction degree.
