腧穴热敏灸对慢性持续期哮喘肺功能近远期影响

摘　　要：目的:观察腧穴热敏灸治疗对慢性持续期哮喘患者肺通气功能的近远期疗效。方法:45例慢性持续期哮喘患者随机分为热敏组、悬灸组及西药组各15例。热敏组选取肺俞与膈俞两穴之间的敏化穴,采用腧穴热敏灸治疗;悬灸组选取双侧风池、定喘及肺俞穴,采用温和灸治疗;西药组用舒利迭吸入剂治疗。3组治疗前、治疗3及6个月时通过肺通气功能检查第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)和用力最大呼气流速(PET)评定其近远期疗效。结果:治疗3个月后,3组患者FEV1和PEF值均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);3组间比较差异无统计学意义。6个月后随访,热敏组FEV1和PEF检测仍保持在3个月时水平,而悬灸组和西药组回落至治疗前水平。结论:腧穴热敏灸能有效改善慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者的肺功能,且治疗效果持久。Objective：To observe the short-and long-term effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy on lung ventilation function of patients with chronic asthma. Methods：Forty-five cases of chronic asthma were randomly divided into treatment group （15 cases）,control group （15 cases） and western medicine therapy group （15 cases）. The patients in treatment group received the heat-sensitive moxibustion,those in control group were subjected to conventional moxibustion of Fengchi,Dingchuan and Feishu,and those in western medicine therapy group were given the inhaler of Seretide. The treatment duration was 3 months,and the clinical short and long-term curative effects were assessed by lung ventilation function （FEV1 and PEF）. Results：After treatment for 3 months FEV1 and PEF were significantly increased in all three groups as compared with those before treatment （P0.05）. During a follow-up period of 6 months,FEV1 and PEF in the treatment group kept in the same level as those at the 3rd month,and those in control group and western medicine therapy group were returned to the levels before treatment. Conclusion：The heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the lung ventilation function of patients with chronic asthma.
