摘　　要：水面漂浮电力电缆是水面传输电力的重要元件,它除具有自身漂浮的功能外,还可以水平传输较大的电流;在舰船航行中,其本身还承受很大的拉力。除此之外,海上的恶劣气候条件,要求电缆具备耐高温、耐低温、耐油、防霉的特性。同时该电缆的使用和维护都极其方便。主要介绍了实现和保证该产品上述功能的研制过程。The floating electric cable is an important element in the work of electric power conduction on the water.It has the capabilities,such as being a self-floater,high-power current horizontal conductance and a geat pull endurance as well.Excepting of these,the cable must have the characteristics of high temperature-resistance,low temperature resistance,oil resistance and mouldproof when being used under the condition of harsh marine climate.At same time,it is also required the super convenience on use and maintenance.It describes the developing and preparing process of the cable mainly on how to come true and ensure the required performance in the article below.
