摘 要:湖北麻城杜鹃是迄今发现的我国最大的古杜鹃原始群落,它不但具有重要的经济观赏价值,而且具有重要的研究价值。利用ISSR分子标记技术对湖北麻城龟山景区的杜鹃古群落遗传多样性进行了初步分析。14个多态引物共检测到182个位点,其中多态位点144个,多态位点百分率为79.12%;平均有效等位基因数为1.470 8个,平均Nei's基因多样性为0.289 3,平均Shannon信息指数为0.447 5,表明该景区杜鹃的遗传多样性较高。The community of Rhododendron simsii Planch.in Macheng of Hubei is the largest ancient primi-tive one ever found in China,it has not only important economic value,but also important research value.The genetic diversity of ancient Rhododendron simsii Planch.community from Gui Mountain of Macheng of Hubei was analyzed using inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)molecular markers.A total of 182 loci,in-cluding 144 polymorphic loci of which were detected by 14 ISSR primers.The total percentage of polymor-phic loci was 79.12%,while average effective number of alleles,Nei's genetic diversity and Shannon's infor-mation index were 1.470 8,0.289 3 and0.447 5,respectively.The result indicated that relative high genetic diversity existed in the ancient community of Rhododendron simsii Planch.from Gui Mountain of Macheng.
