摘  要:以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和OP-10为乳化剂,采用种子乳液聚合法将硅烷偶联剂γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(DL-151)引入苯丙共聚物中,制备两种硅烷偶联剂同时改性核壳型苯丙乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法、粒径分析(PSA)法和差示扫描量热(DSC)法等手段对改性乳液的结构、粒径大小及其分布等进行了表征,并对其应用性能进行了测定。结果表明:当w(KH-560+DL-151)=5%、n(KH-560)=n(DL-151)时,改性乳液及其乳胶膜的综合性能最佳;其平均粒径为146 nm,粒径多分散性指数仅为0.205,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)分别为-35.63、48.31℃,吸水率为0.55%,铅笔硬度为2H,并且其成膜性、附着力及耐水性等俱佳。A styrene-acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure modified by two silane couplers was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization when sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and OP-IO were used as emulsifier, and silane couplers such as γ- (2,3-epoxy propoxy) propyhri methoxysilic ane (KH-560) and vi nyltriethoxysilane (D L- 151 ) were introduced into styrene-acrylate copolymer. The structure,particle size and size distribution of modified emulsion were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), particle size analysis (PSA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and other testing methods. The application performances were mensurated. The results showed that the modified emulsion and its film had optimal combination property because its average particle size was 146 nm, polydispersity index of particle size was 0.205, glass transition temperature(Tg) were -35.63 ℃ and 48.31 ℃respectively,water absorption was 0.55%, pencil hardness was 2H, and some performances(such as film forming ability,adhesion and water resistant) were well when mass fraction of m(KH-560+DL-151 ) was 5% and molar ratio of n(KH-560):n(DL-151) was 1:1.
