摘 要:以骨胶为原料,采用降解、交联及乙醇改性等方法,制备出一种耐水性较好的骨胶胶粘剂。研究了水胶比(质量比)、碱量、醇胶比(质量比)、改性温度及改性时间等因素对骨胶胶粘剂耐水性的影响。结果表明:制备乙醇改性骨胶胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件为水胶比1.5∶1.0、w(NaOH)=1.5%、醇胶比4∶50、改性温度40℃及改性时间40 min;在最佳工艺条件下制得的改性骨胶胶粘剂,其耐水性相对较好(开胶时间22 h),剪切强度降幅相对最低(仅4.6%)。With bone glue as raw material,so a bone glue adhesive with well water resistance was prepared by degradation, crosslink, alcohol modified and other methods. The influences of water/bone glue ratio, alkali contents, ethanol/bone glue ratio,modified temperature,modified time and other factors were investigated on the water resistance of bone glue adhesives. The results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing bone glue adhesives modified by ethanol were obtained when mass ratio of water to bone glue was 1.5:1.0,mass fraction of NaOH was 1.5%,mass ratio of ethanol to bone glue was 4:50, modified temperature was 40 ℃ ,and modified time was 40 min. The modified bone glue adhesive,which was prepared under the optimal process conditions,had the relative better water resistance(time of glue failure at 22 h) and relative lowest drop ratio of shear strength(4.6%).
