摘　　要：球磨型涂层膜厚测试仪可以简单快速且低成本地测量涂层厚度,文中提出一种基于STC89C55单片机的智能型涂层膜厚球磨测试仪。控制系统以STC89C55单片机为控制核心,可以自动完成研磨剂的滴点,通过开关按钮实现球磨速度、球磨时间和研磨液点滴频率的调节。目前该仪器已在多个单位运行,应用结果表明所研制的仪器可快捷、准确地对涂层厚度进行检测。The crater-type coating thickness tester is a simple,quick and low-cost method of measuring the thinkness of coatings.This paper presents an intelligent cater-type coating tester based on STC89C55 single ship microcomputer.The STC89C55 single ship microcomputer is used as the kernel component of the control system,and the abrasive can be added automatically.The milling rate,time and frequency of abrasive addition can be easily adjusted.At present the intelligent crater-type coating thickness tester has been worked in many companies,testing results shows that developed system can measure the thinkness of coating quickly and accuratly.
