摘 要:目的:对黑龙江林蛙(Rana amurensis)冬眠前期、冬眠期和冬眠后期消化道嗜银细胞的形态和分布密度进行比较研究,以了解黑龙江林蛙胃肠内分泌细胞与冬眠的关系.方法:应用Grimelius银染法染色黑龙江林蛙.结果:黑龙江林蛙冬眠前期、冬眠期和冬眠后期消化道各段都有嗜银细胞,且这3个时期消化道嗜银细胞分布密度曲线相似,大致呈波浪形.冬眠前期和冬眠后期消化道嗜银细胞的分布密度高峰分别是胃贲门部和胃幽门部;而冬眠期消化道嗜银细胞的分布密度最高峰是胃体,不同时期消化道内嗜银细胞的形态和分布位置相似,以锥体形、椭圆形为主,其次还有圆形和梭形等,嗜银细胞广泛分布于上皮细胞之间和腺泡上皮细胞之间.结论:冬眠期嗜银细胞的密度高于冬眠前、后期,提示黑龙江林蛙冬眠期消化道内分泌机能有较大的贮备;根据其内分泌细胞的形态,认为其消化道的嗜银细胞具有内分泌和外分泌功能.Objective: To conduct a comparative study on the distributed density and morphology of argentaffine cells in di- gestive tract of Rana arnurensis during pre-hibernation, hibernation and post-hibernation, in purpose of understanding the relationship between the gastrointestinal endocrine cells of Rana amurensis and the hibernation. Methods: Silver nitrate method of Grimelius was used. Results: The argentaffine cells could be observed throughout the digestive tract of Rana arnurensis during pre-hibernation, hibernation and post-hibernation. The distribution density curves of argentaffine cells were similar during three periods, generally wavelike. The distributed density of argentaffine cells was the highest in the cardiac part of stomach and the pyloric part of stomach of Rana arnurensis in pre-hibernation and post-hibernation, however, in the body of stomach of Rana arnurensis in hibernation. The distribution and configuration of the argentaffine cells in the digestive tract of Rana amurensis in hibernation period was similar to that in non-hibernation period. The shapes of argentaffine cells were mainly cone-shape and ellipse, followed by well round and shuttle-shaped. Argentaffine cells widely distributed in epithelial cells and glandular epithelial cells. Conclusion: The density of the argentaffine cells was higher in hibernation period than that in non-hibernation period, suggesting that endocrinic function of the digestive tract was reserved more in hibernation period. According to the morphology of the endocrine cells, we believe that the argentaffine cells in the digestive tract of Rana amurensis have endocrine and exoerine function.
