四君子汤对D-半乳糖致衰大鼠小肠黏膜CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨四君子汤对D-半乳糖致衰大鼠小肠黏膜内CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T 细胞的数量变化.方法：雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和实验组,实验组和模型组用D-半乳糖颈部皮下注射,实验组同时灌服四君子汤,分别取十二指肠、空肠、回肠,免疫组织化学SP法显示黏膜内CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T 细胞,分别对黏膜上皮和固有层内的阳性细胞计数.结果：模型组与对照组比较,上皮和固有层内CD4＋T细胞两组比较差异有统计学意义;实验组与对照组比较,上皮和固有层内CD4＋T细胞两组比较差异无统计学意义;CD8＋T 细胞在模型组和实验组与对照组比较,均无明显差异.结论：四君子汤可以改善衰老大鼠小肠黏膜内免疫细胞功能状态.Objective： To explore the quantitative change of Sijunzi decoction to CD4＋ T, CD8＋T cells in the small intestine of the aging rat. Methods： Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group and an experimental group. The model group and experimental group were injected with D-galactose on nape, the experimental group was given Sijunzi decoction, and the control group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline lasting for 42 days. In the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, the positive cells in the mucosa epithelium and laminae propria with immunohistochemistry were counted to display CD4＋ T, CD8＋ T cells in mucous membrane. Results： There was sighificant difference of CD4＋T cells in the epithelium and laminae propria between the model group and control group; there was no significant difference of CD4＋ T cells in the epithelium and laminae propria between the experimental group and control group, and there was no significant difference of CD8＋ T cells in the model group and experimental group. Conclusion： Sijunzi decoction can change immunity of cells of the small intestine mucous membrane of aging rats.
