摘　　要：目的观察加长柄人工股骨头置换在高龄粉碎型股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法对2007年6月至2008年6月本院收治的24例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者进行加长柄人工股骨头置换术,对手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、治疗效果、并发症发生率进行观察。结果本组24例患者全部获得1年以上的随访,优良率达72.7%。结论加长柄人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,在近期疗效上固定牢固,能早期下床活动,方法可行有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacies of lengthen hemi-hip prosthesis replacement in treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly.Methods Twenty-four patients in our hospital with comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fractures between June of 2007 and June of 2008 retrospectively analyzed were treated with lengthen hemi-hip prosthesis replacement.Results The time of follow up was more than 1 years in all 24 patients. The excellent rate was 72.7%. Conclusion The short-term outcomes of lengthen hemi-hip prosthesis replacement for treatment of elder patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture and osteoporosis is stable in fixation and can get earlier recovery.
