螺旋CT尿路造影对小儿泌尿系畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)对小儿泌尿系畸形的临床诊断价值。方法对45例小儿泌尿系畸形的患儿行CT平扫和肾实质期及排泄期扫描,将原始图像传送至工作站进行后处理,获得MPR、MIP、CPR和VR图像。结果经CTU诊断泌尿系畸形45例,包括单侧肾盂与输尿管重复畸形14例,双侧肾盂与输尿管重复畸形2例,肾盂与输尿管交界部梗阻9例,异位肾2例,先天性肾发育不良5例,多囊性发育不良肾1例,融合肾5例,孤立肾2例,肾旋转不良2例,巨输尿管1例,腔静脉后输尿管1例,膀胱憩室1例。结论 CTU具有扫描速度快,覆盖范围广,薄层扫描能力,多角度三维成像等优点,对小儿泌尿系畸形的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To assess the value of spiral CT urography （CTU） in the diagnosis of children with congenital urinary abnormities.Methods 45 patients with different children with congenital urinary abnormities underwent both CT plain scanning and kidney parenchymal phase enhanced scanning. The primitive images obtained were transferred to the workstation to get the MPR,MIP,CPR and VR images.Results The children with congenital urinary abnormities diagnosed by CTU in 45cases,including 14 unilateral double pelvis and double ureter,2 bilateral pelviureteric malformations,9 obstruction of ureteropelvic junction,2 renal ectopia,5 congenital renal hypolasia,1 multicystic dysplastic kidney,5 anomalies of renal fusion,2 solirary kidney,2 anomalies of rotation of kidney,1 megaureter,1 retrocaal ureter,and 1 bladder diverticula.Conclusion The spiral CTU is very important in the diagnosis of children with congenital urinary abnormities with fast scanning speed,broad covering,thin slice scanning ability,and there-dimensional images.
