摘 要:当前,血管支架因其具有优异的治疗血管疾病的功能而被广泛研究,但其制作成本较高,许多研究工作还只是停留在计算机软件模拟阶段。文中用有限元法分析了两种不同设计方案的不锈钥支架,并进行了相应的扩张和弯曲实验,对影响支架两大性能的支架杆尺寸参数进行了分析和研究。结果表明,增加支架杆的长度可以提高支架的柔顺性能,增加支架杆的数量可以提高支架的支撑性能,通过改变这些因素,设计者可以优化设计方案,得到具有不同力学性能的支架。Vascular stents have been widiy researched due to the excellent function in treating vascular disease, but the high fabrication cost makes most of the study works just stay at the computer simulation stage. In this paper, two stainless steel stents designed by different schemes were analyzed by finite element method, and the corresponding expanding and bending experiments were performed, the parameters of stent pole which affect the stent properties were analyzed and studied. Result show that adding the length of the poles can increase the stent compliance and adding the amount of the poles can increase the stent support ability. Changing these factors, so the designer can optimize the design schemes and get different stents with different properties.
