摘 要:应用不同浓度的矮壮素对绿竹进行了喷施和注射试验,通过测定其株高、枝下高、节数、分枝盘数等生长指标,分析了矮壮素对各生长指标的影响。结果表明:浓度及其与施药方法的交互作用对株高生长的抑制作用显著,其中,喷施法2.5 g/L处理对株高的矮化效果最好,注射法1.5 g/L处理次之;浓度对绿竹节数的抑制作用达到极显著水平,以喷施法2.5 g/L、注射法1.5 g/L和2.5 g/L处理对节数的抑制效果显著;矮壮素能够促进绿竹分枝,增加分枝率,施用药剂后,喷施法的1.5 g/L、2.0 g/L、2.5 g/L和注射法的2.0 g/L处理的分枝率都达到90%以上;矮壮素对枝下高没有明显作用。从矮化效果和植株生长指标的综合考虑,喷施法2.5 g/L浓度的矮壮素能够有效抑制绿竹生长,而且形成的冠状梢头能够增大植株光合有效空间,满足设施栽培的需要。The plant height,under-branch height,number of node and branchy course of Bambusa oldhami plants sprayed or injected with different Chlorcholine chloride(CCC) concentrations were measured to analyze the effects of CCC on different growth indexes of Bambusa oldhami.The results showed that the interaction of CCC concentration and application method had significant inhibition effect on plant height of Bambusa oldhami,the dwarfing effect of the treatment spraying with 2.5 g/L CCC was the best,followed by that injecting with 1.5 g/L CCC.The CCC concentration had very significant inhibition effect on node number of Bambusa oldhami and the inhibition effect of the treatments spraying with 2.5 g/L CCC,injecting with 1.5 g/L and 2.5 g/L CCC was significant.CCC could promote its branches and increase branch rate,and the branch rate of the treatments spraying with 1.5 g/L,2.0 g/L and 2.5 g/L CCC and injecting with 2.0 g/L CCC all reached more than 90%.CCC had no obvious effect on under-branch height of Bambusa oldhami.Spraying with 2.5 g/L CCC technique should be used in installation cultivation of Bambusa oldhami based on comprehensive effects of dwarfing and growth indexes.
