摘 要:为探寻红花大金元下部叶最适宜的采收次数,对红花大金元下部叶采收次数影响中部叶成熟过程中酶活性变化情况进行了研究。结果表明:不同处理中部叶成熟过程中淀粉酶活性均呈先升高而后趋于平稳的规律,酸性转化酶活性和蔗糖合成酶均呈持续下降的趋势,蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性则均呈先升高后下降的趋势;下部叶1次采收、2次采收、常规采收,淀粉酶活性到达峰值的时间分别为移栽后97 d、100 d、103 d,随着下部叶采收次数的减少,中部叶成熟过程中淀粉酶、酸性转化酶、蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性均有所提高。说明,下部叶采收次数越少,越有利于中部叶碳水化合物的转化和利用。The effect of picking times of lower leaves on enzyme activity of middle leaves during the maturity process was studied to seek the optimum picking times of lower leaves of Honghuadajinyuan which was a flue-cured tobacco variety.The results showed that the amylase activity of middle leaves of different treatments presented a first ascendant and then leveling out trend,the activity of AI and SS decreased continuously,the activity of SPS presented a first ascendant and then descending trend,the peak of amylase activity of middle leaves with once picking,twice picking and conventional picking of lower leaves appeared in 97 d,100 d and 103 d after transplanting respectively,and the amylase,AI,SS and SPS activity of middle leaves during maturity period all rise with reduction of picking times of lower leaves.Therefore,the reduction of picking times of lower leaves is beneficial to transformation and utilization of carbohydrate in the middle leaves.
