洞庭湖区2种不同体色鲶鱼的RAPD分析

摘　　要：为了探索不同体色鲶鱼的关系,以洞庭湖区灰色鲶鱼和黄色鲶鱼为材料,利用UNIQ-10柱式细菌基因组DNA抽提试剂盒提取DNA,以提取的DNA作模板进行RAPD扩增比较。结果表明,灰色鲶鱼与黄色鲶鱼群体间的相似系数为0.909 6;灰色鲶鱼与黄色鲶鱼的遗传距离为0.090 4,介于同种群遗传距离0.03-0.2,仍隶属于同一个地理种群,表明在自然状况下遗传分化的速度是缓慢的,2种鱼存在种群间亲缘与进化关系。同时两者之间也存在一定的遗传距离,其形成的原因是由于地理隔离、生存适应、人工或自然选择等因素的作用。The DNA of Silnrus asotus with grey and yellow color was amplified by RAPD to study the relationship between different colors of Silnrus asotus.The results showed that the population similar coefficient and genetic distance between grey and yellow catfish population were 0.9096 and 0.0904 respectively,the genetic distance was just in the scope 0.03-0.2 of that of the same population,which indicates that they belong to the same geographic population,there is the blood and evolution relationship between two catfish population and the process of genetic differentiation of Silnrus asotus is slow.The factors of geographic isolation,survival adaptability,artificial or natural selection in a certain genetic distance between two catfish population.
