摘　　要：[目的]掌握某市医用放射检查过程中工作人员对受检者以及陪护人员的防护意识现状。[方法]采用自行设计的放射诊断医生防护知识、态度与行为调查表,并根椐相关的放射卫生法律知识和国家卫生标准,对某市203家放射检查单位总计914位放射诊断医生进行现场问卷调查。[结果]某市放射诊断医生对受检者及陪护人员的防护意识整体水平较低。经常与临床医生协商后再做X线检查的工作人员占调查人数的35.5%;反对X线重复检查的工作人员占57.3%;采取措施减少受检者非敏感器官照射的工作人员占61.8%;对陪护人员进行防护的占65.5%。文化程度和医院等级与是否协商后再行X线检查的差别有统计学意义。[结论]某市放射诊断医生对受检者及其陪护人员的防护意识整体水平比较低,有必要使其提高以减少服务对象的不必要辐射。[Objective] To investigate the basic situation of radio operator’s consciousness of X-ray radioactive protection against the patients and companions in the Tangshan City. [Methods] The self designed ＂situation questionnaire of radio operators radioactive protection and consciousness to patients and companions＂ was used to carry out the investigation according to relevant laws and regulations and national standard on radiation health. There were altogether 213 radiation related working units and 914 radio operators in Tangshan City. [Results] The overall situation of consciousness of X-ray radioactive protection to the patients and companions was at a low level in Tangshan city. A part of radio operators often consulted with the clinical doctors accounted for 35.5%, opposed to repeat the inspection staff accounted for 57.3%; personnel taking measures to reduce ex- posure to non-sensitive organ of the staff accounted for 61.8%; protection for companions accounted for 65.5%. The differences in educational level and hospital grades and whether the consultation was carried out before X-ray examination was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The overall situation of consciousness of X-ray radioactive protection to the patients and companions is at a low level in Tangshan city.
