摘　　要：[目的]通过对张家口市2008年度防治碘缺乏病效果分析,对目前碘缺乏病现状进行评价。[方法]碘盐监测:按照卫生部《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》要求进行;病情监测:每县区按东南西北抽取1个乡,每个乡随机抽取1所小学,抽检20名8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大情况,共计100人,同时抽取相同人份的学生一次性随机尿样;盐碘采用直接滴定法;尿碘采用砷铈氧化还原法;甲状腺肿大采用GB16004-1995标准进行触诊检查。[结果]碘盐加工(批发)层次批质量合格率99.48%,居民户盐层次碘盐合格率99.47%,碘盐覆盖率99.36%,儿童甲肿率1.5%,尿碘中位数为282.4μg/L。[结论]评价IDD防治效果各项指标均在国家控制标准范围内,同近几年结果相比,保持在较为稳定的水平。[Objective] To evaluate the current status of iodine deficiency disorders in Zhangjiakou City by analyzing the effect of controlling iodine deficiency disorders in 2008. [Methods] Monitoring of iodized salt： According to ＂National iodine deficiency disorders surveillance program＂ requirements from the Ministry of Health. Condition monitoring： selected each village according to the directions, then one primary school was randomly selected from each village. Investigated thyromegaly state of 20 children aged 8-10, total number was 100 people. At the same time, one-time random urine was taken. [Results] The qualified rate of iodized salt processing was 99.48%, qualified rate of household iodized salt was 99.47%, 99.36% coverage of iodized salt was 99.36%, goiter rate of children was 1.5%, the median of urinary iodine was 282.4μg / L. [Conclusion] The evaluation indicators on control effect on IDD are within the framework of the national control standards, compared with the results in recent years, it maintains at a relatively stable level.
