摘　　要：[目的]了解医院医院Ⅱ类环境空气消毒质量。[方法]采用现场采样和微生物学检验方法,对医院空气消毒质量进行连续4周的动态监测。[结果]共采样224份,Ⅱ类环境空气消毒总合格率为89.3%。[结论]不同周次、不同科室的消毒合格率存在波动,需加强空气消毒的动态监测和提高消毒水平的稳定性。[Objective] To know the status of disinfection quality in hospital class-Ⅱ ambient air. [Methods] Onthe-spot sampling and microbiological testing methods were used to carry out dynamic monitoring of disinfection quality for 4 successive weeks. [Results] A total of 224 samples were collected and the total eligible rate was 87.1% in class-Ⅱambient air. [Conclusion] In different weeks and departments, the rate of disinfection is found with fluctuations, therefore, necessary to strengthen the dynamic monitoring and improve the stability level of disinfection in hospital class-Ⅱ ambient air.
