临床常用指标对老年病窦综合征患者的评估意义

摘　　要：[目的]调查临床常用指标对老年病窦综合征患者的评估意义。[方法]纳入近3年来收入的病窦综合征、冠心病及健康人群共60名,检测其临床生化指标、超声心动图及24h动态心电图,评估各种指标在3组病人中的差异。[结果]与健康对照组相比,病窦综合征患者心率较慢(P=0.002),甘油三酯(P=0.017)、血清肌酐(P=0.012)及血尿酸(P=0.004)水平更高;与冠心病相比,病窦综合征患者心率更慢(P=0.007),低频高频比较低(P=0.002),左室舒张末内径较大(P=0.018)。[结论]老年病窦综合征患者可能存在较慢的心率,较高的甘油三酯、血清肌酐及血尿酸水平,并存在心室功能的损伤及迷走/交感神经的失衡,正确的认知这些常用指标对病窦综合征的预防和诊断可能有一定作用。[Objective] To investigate the significant of clinical index for sick sinus syndrome in elderly. [Methods] A retrospective trial of 60 patients including sick sinus syndrome, coronary heart disease and healthy people from 2007 to 2009 was undertaken by detecting some clinical index and evaluating the results of echocardiogram and 24-hour Holter. [Results] Our study showed a statistically significant difference for patients with sick sinus syndrome on heart rate （P = 0.002）, triglyceride （P = 0.017）, serum creatinine （P = 0.012）, uric acid （P = 0.004） comparing with healthy patients, and on heart rate （P = 0.007）, LF / HF （P = 0.002） and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （P = 0.018） comparing with coronary heart disease. [Conclusion] Slower heart rate, higher triglyceride, serum creatinine and uric acid, and impairment of cardiac ventricle and imbalance of adrenergic or cranial nerve, may frequently occur on patients with sick sinus syndrome, proper recognition maybe play an crucial role in precaution and diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome.
