摘 要:目的研究棕榈花蕾水、醇提物对豚鼠离体心脏的影响。方法按离体心脏灌流法(Langendorff法),在恒温、恒压条件下,以恒流方式用Ringer-locke液灌注豚鼠离体心脏,观察给药前后豚鼠心脏灌流量的变化,并采用BL-420E生机物能实验系统,测量并计算棕榈花蕾水、醇提物对豚鼠离体心脏收缩幅度、张力、频率的影响及在异丙肾上腺素作用下对豚鼠离体心脏的影响。结果棕榈花蕾水、醇提物均能使豚鼠离体心脏的收缩幅度和频率显著减弱,但灌流量和张力无明显变化;给予异丙肾上腺素出现明显心脏兴奋后,立即注入棕榈花蕾醇提物,可见心脏收缩幅度和频率明显降低,而注入棕榈花蕾水提物后,仅见心脏收缩频率明显降低。结论棕榈花蕾水、醇提物对豚鼠离体心脏均有抑制作用,并且可以拮抗异丙肾上腺素对心脏的兴奋作用,其机制可能是作用于心脏β1受体而实现的。Objective To investigate the effects of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of kittul alabastrum on cavy isolated heart.Methods According to the method of langendorff,with constant current way,under the condition of constant temperature and constant voltage,the isolated heart of the cavy was poured with Ringer-locke liquid,changes of coronary artery flow rate and heart function before and after administration were observed.By BL-420E biological function system,the contraction amplitude,tension,frequency of the cavy isolated heart were measured and the effects of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of kittul alabastrum,Isoprenaline on the cavy isola-ted heart were observed.Results The contraction amplitude and frequency of the cavy isolated heart were decreased obviously by aqueous extract and ethanol extract of kittul alabastrum.But the contraction tension and the irrigate flow rate had no significant change.The contraction amplitude and frequency of the heart increased by Isoprenaline could be reduced by ethanol extract,while aqueous extract only decreased the contraction frequency of the excited heart by Isoprenaline.Conclusion Aqueous extract and ethanol extract of kittul alabastrum have function of inhibiting heart;the mechanism may be related toβ1-receptor.
