摘 要:为研制一种性能更好的低爆速爆炸焊接炸药,将硝酸铵与水、复合蜡、膨化剂及稀释剂按不同比例制成混合液,在温度为110~120℃,真空度为-0.07~-0.09MPa压力下脱水干燥制得低爆速爆炸焊接炸药。测试结果表明,当稀释剂含量为30%时,密度为0.63g·cm-3,炸药爆速为2273m·s-1。并对铝/钢进行爆炸焊接试验,显示了良好的适用性。A low detonation velocity explosive with better properties for explosive welding was studied, which was produced by ammonium, water, compound wax, expanding agent and diluent with different proportion, and then dehydrated desiccation at temperature of 110-120 ~ and in the vacuum of-0.07^-0.09MPa. The determination results show that the density of the explosive is 0.63 g.cm-3 and the detonation velocity is 2273 m.s-1 when the content of diluent is 30%. Experiments of aluminum/steel plate explosive welding were conducted, the result indicates that the explosive has good applicability.
