摘　　要：中厚钢板质量主要由使用性能、工艺的性能、内部质量、表面质量、尺寸精度、板型精度等方面构成。本文从中厚板的定义、分类、用途、生产工艺等方面的知识入手,对中厚板质量主要构成要素和与其相关的生产工艺控制技术进行了综合论述。从而使有关人员能系统认识中厚板质量构成的要点,掌握和了解相关技术的应用状况,为完善中厚板质量控制方法,有针对性提升产品质量、实现产品质量的持续改进,满足市场不断变化的需求提供借鉴。The quality of the medium steel plate mainly comprises service performance,technological properties,inner quality,surface quality,dimension and profile accuracy,etc.The article introduces the definition,classification,application,production process of medium plate,comprehensively discusses the constituent elements of medium plate quality and the relevant production and process control techniques,enabling the corresponding persons to understand the key elements of medium plate quality systematically and the application status of corresponding technologies,specifically improving the product quality,achieving continuous improvement of product quality,satisfying the requirements of ever changing market in order to perfect the quality control method of medium plate.
