论政府与新闻媒体和谐关系的构建

摘　　要：在构建和谐社会中,政府与新闻媒体都有着特殊的责任和使命。但是,目前我国政府与媒体的相处现状不尽如人意,政府向媒体提供信息不充足,甚至隐瞒、扭曲事实,新闻媒体职业道德缺失、社会公信力下降,这些都造成了政府与媒体之间的矛盾和冲突。如何构建政府与新闻媒体的和谐关系?一是政府要以民为本,主动搭建与媒体合作的平台,完善新闻发言人制度,不断推动政府信息公开建设,提高政府官员的媒介素养,服务媒体,引导媒体健康发展;二是新闻媒体要通过矫治新闻职业道德缺失、创新政府新闻报道形式等手段不断完善自我,架起政府与公众互动的桥梁。In building a harmonious society,government and news media have a special responsibility and mission.However,the condition which our government gets along with the media is dissatisfactory.The Government provides insufficient information to the media,and even conceals and distorts the facts.The media professional moral failure on the decline of social credibility causes the conflict between the government and the media.How do we build a harmonious relationship between government and news media？ First,the government should serve the community,take the initiative to build a platform for cooperation with the media,perfect the system of spokesman,and constantly promote open government information,and raise media literacy,services quality of government officials,and guide the healthy development of media;second,the media should become a bridge between the government and the public by conforming to the professional ethics,innovating forms of news report.
