摘 要:目的研究GB在大鼠实验性SCI后对胶质细胞的保护以及在一定程度上防止损伤轴突脱髓鞘的作用。方法选用成年Wister大鼠,在改良的Allen's重物坠落大鼠SCI模型上,利用免疫组织化学SP染色法,观察大鼠GB治疗组在损伤后1、3、7和14 d的损伤脊髓及其周围区用GFAP标记的星形胶质细胞、ED1标记的小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)标记的少突胶质细胞的形态、分布及数量的变化。结果 GB治疗组GFAP、ED1平均阳性细胞数均较损伤组非常显著减少,髓鞘长度和面积均较损伤组有非常显著性增加。结论 GB对SCI后神经胶质细胞有较好的保护作用。Aim To investigate the function of GB in glial cells after spinal cord injury in rat.Methods The model of the spinal cord injury(SCI) was established according to modified Allen's weight drop method.Immunohistochemistry GFAP staining were used to observe astrocytes,ED1 staining used to observe activated microglia/ macrophage and MBP staining used to observe myeline sheaths formed by oligodendrocytes in normal region,injured region and peripheral region at 1,3,7 and 14 d after SCI and GB groups.Results Compared with SCI groups the numbers of GFAP-positive cells and ED1-positive cells were more significantly diminished in GB groups and the areas of MBP-positive cells increased significantly.Conclusion GB can protect glial cells after SCI.
