摘　　要：目的建立独一味分散片中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,VP-ODS（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（50∶50）;流速：1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温：30℃;检测波长为350 nm。结果木犀草素线性范围为4.55-40.95 mg·L^-1,平均加样回收率为100.3%。结论本方法专属性强,快速简便,准确性高,可用于独一味分散片控制制剂质量。Aim To develop a method for determining the contents of luteolin in duyiwei dispersible tablet.Methods The analytical column was a Hypersil VP-ODS（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4%H2PO4（50∶50）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1and the column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelengths of luteolin was at 350 nm.Results The calibration curves of luteolin was in good linearity over the range from 4.55 to 40.958 mg·L^-1,and the average recovery was 100.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It is rapid,reliable and can be used for the duyiwei dispersible tablet control.
