摘　　要：目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进次全切除术后的观察及护理，及时发现并发症，及时处理。方法：对45例甲状腺功能亢进术后可能会出现的并发症如甲亢危象、术后出血等，充分做好术前准备及术后严密观察如体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压、神志的改变。结果：45例甲状腺功能亢进患者均顺利恢复、痊愈出院，无发生不良的并发症。结论：对甲状腺功能亢进次全切除患者，术前充分做好准备，术后密切观察及护理，可避免并发症发生。Objective To discuss observation and nursing of patient that postoperative hyperthyroidism subtotal ectomy, discover complication immediately and treat in time. Methods Make fuji preoperative preparation and postoperative intensive observation on body temperature, pulse, breath, blood pressure and mental state of 45 cases of patient that postoperative hyperthyroidism subtotal ectomy who possibly will appear complication just as hyperthyroidism crisis, postoperative hemorrhage and so on. Results The 45 cases of hyperthyroidism patient recovered smoothly, cured and discharged, without faulty complication. Conclusion To patients that postoperative hyperthyroidism subtotal ectomy, full preoperative preparation and postoperative intensive observation may avoid the complication occurrence.
