摘　　要：为建成福建省警用地理信息系统的标准地址矢量库与数据采集工具,本文根据警用地理信息的建设要求,基于福建省公安部门信息化现状,研究并设计了一套适用性强、投资少、面向全省责任区民警的、提供在线与离线相结合的、用于地址坐标采集的福建省地址标注系统。该系统运行以来,已成功采集了大量的地址数据,并将逐步建成福建省标准地址矢量数据库与专题矢量数据库。In order to build the standardized address vector database and the data acquisition tool of Fujian provincial police geographic information system,according to the requirements of police geographic information system,based on the informatization situation of Fujian provincial public security sector,this paper investigated and designed a address labeling system,which was flexible,with less investment,police in responsibility area oriented,providing on-line and off-line ways,and used for address coordinate acquisition.Since the operation of the system,a large amount of address data was collected,and standardization address vector database and thematic vector database of Fujian province would be built up step by step.
