摘　　要：大型油田矿区的城市建设具有特殊性,针对目前我国石油城市规划与建设中的现状和要求,探讨采用信息化手段辅助油田城市建设与管理部门的日常业务。系统以GeoMedia为GIS开发平台,综合应用Web Services、数据库技术,以信息安全与共享技术为基本的技术支撑,设计并开发了C/S模式与B/S模式相结合的油田城市城建规划信息管理系统,并在大庆市开展了实际应用。应用实践表明系统可以满足油田城市建设与管理信息化的要求,并有助于提高规划建设与管理工作效率。Regarding its specialties of urban construction activities,this study suggests to support the daily business of construction and management department in oil cities,especially focuses on its status and problems in urban planning and construction.Based on the GIS development tool of GeoMedia,an urban construction planning management information system for big oil cities is designed and implemented,it uses the techniques of Web Services,database and information security and information sharing.The system holds both the C/S and B/S components,and has been put into practices in Daqing city,which shows that the system completely fulfill the requirements of information development trends in construction and management of oil cities.Also it could be helpful to improve the working efficiency.
