摘　　要：以上海市闵行和金山区为例,简要介绍在存量土地专项调查工作中,应用DOM技术能有效提高外业调查、内业数据处理工作效率和成果精度。实践证明,采用DOM技术可以较低成本获取高精度和信息丰富的土地现状数据,为国土部门开展土地动态监测提供准确的基础数据。This paper takes Minhang and Jinshan District of Shanghai as an example,simply introduces that in the special investigation of stock of land,the application of DOM technology can effectively improve the efficiency and achievement precision of the field investigation and inner data processing.It has been proved that using DOM technology can get high precision at a lower cost and can gain information-rich land status data,it provides accurate basic data for the land sector to carry out dynamic monitoring of land.
